Rental Terms of Use

The Customer Acknowledges the following:

1. He/She has examined the vehicle and equipment to be rented and agrees receiving it in perfect condition. Any imperfections (that is, scratches, dents, etc.) have been noted.
2. The customer has received instructions on how to install and operate all equipment and shall be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle and/or equipment.
3. A penalty in the amount of $100 or the equivalent of the rental time whichever shall be the greater of the two, shall be payable if the vehicle is brought in after the return date.
4. The customer shall pay a penalty in the amount of $50.00 for any NSF check given, and cleaning of returned dirty.
5. The customer warrants he will not transport any smuggled goods.
6. The customer shall not sublet this vehicle.
7. The customer shall fully indemnify the owner for any damages to the vehicle or to any person or persons using the vehicle for any reason whatsoever.
8. The customer agrees to assume all risks inherent in the operation, use or possession of the vehicle and releases the owner from any claim for any (injury to the customer or any other person permitted to enter the vehicle or any damage to the customer's properly and the customer agrees he is the person solely responsible in towing the vehicle and any damages resulting from the vehicle being improperly fastened or towed.
9. The owner may terminate this agreement at any time and retake possession of the vehicle including on the customers premises.
10. The damage deposit will be returned if there is no damage to the vehicle and/or equipment and if it is brought back clean.
11. All of the above terms and conditions have been read by the customer and the customer agrees to be bound by them.
